Pyromancer

This is a rerelease of Pyromancer, Jice's 2009 7DRL attempt.  I've had access to the source for a while and decided to refactor it to work with libtcod's latest versions.

Controls are mouse and keyboard.  WASD to move and use the mouse to aim and shoot.  You can press "?" or "/" to get more instructions.

There are still known issues from this being an older libtcod game.  Input lag can happen due to how the game is programmed.  Fullscreen won't trigger, but you can still maximize the window.
